Who We Are?
Our Background
Creativity Unleashed!
With my background in drafting and design from years in the corporate world I knew I could paint these! I immediately decided to paint one for our shop and fell in love with the process. I love the pinwheel design as it shows movement and shadows. And it personalized our studio/shop!
I enjoy the creative aspect of doing something with my hands that will endure and enhance whatever structure it is attached to.
If you have a structure that can be seen from a public road, you can even be a part of the upcoming Ravalli County Barn Quilt Trail! Contact me for more details.
Our small farm grows veggies, fruit, berries and herbs utilizing permaculture techniques. Diane has been a trained herbalist for decades.
Painting Process
I use high quality exterior acrylic paints for all of my barn quilts to produce a work of art that will endure in all weather conditions.
I start with ½” medium-density overlay signboard ( MDO ) and paint each side with 3 coats of primer. Then each color is applied with 3 coats of paint.
Our Core Values
Our goal is to provide a work of lasting art that brings a smile to your face and to every visitor that sees it as well.
- Bright bold colors
- Blocky large patterns for visibility
- Highest quality paints available
Navajo Rug
I spent my younger years in the Four Corners region and have a fondness in my heart for the Navajo nation.
Freezeout Lake Bunkhouse

Hot Cha Kennels
I painted the fun, bright design and then Joni attached a metal trophy in the center.
